Hi, I'm Fiona and I've been teaching yoga in Cologne since 2018. Movement has always been an integral part of my life, and that  in many different forms. Alongside gymnastics and dance as well as football and martial arts, I found my way to yoga in 2014. In my courses you will encounter combination of breathing techniques and postures from the yoga system system, which, through regular practice, promote both physical and mental stability and mental stability and at the same time cultivate a positive cultivate a positive body awareness.
