Experience level All Levels: Open to all experience levels. Through variations in the exercises, both beginners and advanced practitioners can further develop their individual level.


This yoga class is based on a modern 'hatha' style of yoga, Vinyasa Flow. Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic flowing style of yoga that focuses on the principles of efficient movement and consciously experiencing the body. The balance between body and mind through physical exercises (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama) combine to create a flowing experience. The result is a dance-like and rhythmic movement through various movements that primarily promote the interplay of physical and mental concentration training. Our highly qualified yoga instructors cater to the needs of the participants and offer optional or alternative exercises/tasks.

Bring your own mat if possible.You can also borrow a mat on-site; free of charge.

Training is done barefoot.
