Our warm up class is suitable for all levels of experience and is an ideal way to prepare your body for your upcoming dance practice. A series of dynamic exercises will activate your muscles, mobilise your joints and improve your posture to prevent injury and enhance your performance.
Training is done barefoot or in socks.
