Experience level All Levels: Open to all experience levels. Through variations in the exercises, both beginners and advanced practitioners can further develop their individual level.


The Somatic Training class focusses on a holistic training approach to improve body awareness and the functional aspects of movement. Gentle exercises help participants to realign ingrained movement patterns, optimise movements and prevent everyday tension. The focus is on conscious breathing and conscious awareness within the movement action in order to develop a deeper understanding of one's own body. No previous experience necessary - just come with open senses and a desire to train.

Bring your own mat if possible.You can also borrow a mat on-site; free of charge.

Training is done barefoot or in socks.
