Soft Acrobatics combines contemporary dance with gentle acrobatic elements on the floor and in space. The course is especially designed for beginners who wish to approach acrobatic movement in a safe way and explore the basics of partnering.

Floorwork is explored in greater depth, and the technique of acrobatic movement is introduced through a gradual, step-by-step progression. Rolls, preparatory inversions, weight shifts, and fluid transitions are clearly explained and systematically developed. Emphasis is placed on understanding movement patterns and allowing for individual progression at a comfortable pace.

From warm-up to cool-down, the body is specifically prepared for the practice. Strength, mobility, and flexibility are progressively developed to support stability and confidence when approaching new material. The focus lies on body awareness, coordination, and building trust in one’s own body. Working with momentum and exploring new levels and pathways of movement form an integral part of the training.

Regular participation is recommended, as continuity supports the development of strength, stability, and confidence over time. The structure of the classes allows participants to build a secure foundation and feel prepared for more complex material.

The course is ideal for beginners without prior experience in acrobatics. Work takes place extensively on the floor, and inversions are introduced gradually. Particularly suitable for those curious about floorwork and interested in developing strength through movement.


Classes are danced barefoot or in socks.
