Experience level All Levels: Open to all experience levels. Through variations in the exercises, both beginners and advanced practitioners can further develop their individual level.
Pilates is a strengthening full-body workout. In particular, the muscles surrounding the centre of the body are specifically activated and trained. The exercises in this method focus on improving the coordination of the muscles with each other and thus increasing the quality of movement.
Bring your own mat if possible.You can also borrow a mat on-site; free of charge.
Training is done barefoot or in socks.
