The Mobility & Stretch class follows a holistic concept that aims to strengthen the muscles of the back, promote mobility of the spine and improve stability in the centre of the body. These areas of the body are targeted and trained to maintain flexibility, prevent back pain and improve general posture. Physical fitness is optimised holistically with a balanced mix of stretching, strengthening and mobility exercises. Mobility & stretch training expands and intensifies your own movement practice and reduces everyday tension and discomfort in the body.
Bring your own mat if possible.You can also borrow a mat on-site; free of charge.
Training is done barefoot or in socks.
