
Experience level All Levels: Open to all experience levels. Through variations in the exercises, both beginners and advanced dancers can further develop their individual level.
This class offers a comprehensive approach to the core principles of contemporary dance. The focus lies on exploring diverse movement qualities – from fluid, organic transitions to powerful, dynamic sequences. Shifting between floorwork, expansive movement across space and improvisational tasks, the training enhances body awareness and broadens each participant’s movement vocabulary.
Regardless of experience level, the class invites participants to embrace both physical and creative challenges and to deepen their individual expression through dance.
The class is practiced barefoot or in socks.
