Experience level All Levels: Open to all experience levels. Through variations in the exercises, both beginners and advanced dancers can further develop their individual level.


Ballet Floor Barre is a 30-minute class that primarily takes place on the floor. Classical ballet exercises are performed in seated and lying positions.

The focus is on strengthening the deep muscles, optimizing alignment essential for ballet technique, and improving flexibility. The reduced effect of gravity makes the class gentle on the joints, allows for easier correction of misalignments, and enables movements to be executed with greater precision. This class is suitable for both ballet beginners and more experienced dancers looking to deepen their ballet technique.

Training is done barefoot or in socks.
